Who we are

Coven & Crumb

Coven & Crumb began in a home kitchen, built by three women — a mother, a daughter, and a daughter-in-law — who share a love of baking and the belief that good bread brings people together.

What started as family recipes and weekend bakes slowly became something more intentional. We found ourselves drawn to slower methods, to naturally leavened dough, to the rhythm of lamination and fermentation. The kitchen became our meeting place — flour on the counter, conversations unfolding, loaves rising quietly in the background.

We chose the name Coven & Crumb not for spectacle, but for meaning. A coven is simply a gathering — people working together with shared intention. And crumb is the heart of bread — the interior structure that tells you if it was made with patience and care.

Everything we bake reflects that philosophy. Small batches. Thoughtful ingredients. Time-honored as part of the process.

We are not a factory.
We are not rushed.
We are simply committed to making bread and baked goods worth sharing.

From our oven to your table.
